Digital Product Delivery (Shipping Policy)

All Hang n Stick products are digital downloads.
We do not ship any physical items.

Once your payment is confirmed:

  • You will receive a download link or digital file directly via email (or preferred delivery method shared at checkout).

  • Delivery happens instantly or within a few minutes of purchase.

  • Please make sure your email address is correct, as all files are sent directly to that address.

  • If you don’t receive your file within 10–15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder, or contact us for assistance.

📦 Note: Since our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, no delays, and no physical returns.

Return & Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

a. Non-Returnable Nature of Digital Files

All digital product sales are final once files have been delivered or downloaded, since they cannot be physically returned.

However, we’re happy to help fix or replace files if there’s any problem.

b. Replacements Instead of Refunds

If you accidentally purchased the wrong size, file format, or design style, we’ll happily replace the file with the correct version — no additional cost.

Simply contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we’ll send the new file promptly.

This policy ensures flexibility while maintaining digital product integrity.

c. Refunds or Replacements — When They Apply

We may issue a refund or replacement in the following valid cases:

  1. Corrupted or unusable files that cannot be opened or used as described.
  2. Incorrect or missing file delivered in error.
  3. Duplicate purchase or double payment for the same item.
  4. Unauthorized payment or verified fraudulent transaction.
  5. Replacement request for wrong file size, format, or color variation (we replace instead of refund).

In these cases, we’ll always try to repair or resend the file first. If we can’t fix the issue promptly, a refund will be issued.

d. When Refunds Are Not Possible

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The file was successfully delivered and downloaded.
  • You changed your mind after receiving the file.
  • The issue involves personal taste or style preference after download.
  • Your software or printer doesn’t support the file format listed.
  • There are color variations between screen and printed output.

e. Not Yet Downloaded?

If you haven’t downloaded your digital file yet and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
We may approve a refund or cancellation at our discretion.

Commercial-Use Designs

For purchases with commercial-use licenses, delivery is complete once the file is shared.
Refunds follow the same rules — we’ll replace defective or incorrect files but can’t refund completed commercial licenses unless the file itself is faulty.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If there’s a problem with your order:

  1. Email us at support@hangnstick.com within 3 days of purchase.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • The product name or design title

    • A short description of the issue (with screenshot, if applicable)

  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days to repair, resend, or replace the file.

  4. Refunds (when approved) are sent to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If a chargeback is filed after successful file delivery, we may:

  • Revoke usage rights or licenses associated with the file, and

  • Provide documentation to the payment provider during investigation.

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account restrictions or license invalidation.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal consumer rights.
Under UK and EU law, once you choose instant digital delivery, you agree that your 14-day cancellation right is waived after download starts.
